Lolita...Lobster?

Yup. This weekend I'm finishing a "body extension" piece for my sculpture class that is in essence a giant felt lobster tail. I'll take pictures of the bits as I'm working on them...but it is indeed going to be Lolita. There shall be large amounts of ribbon and lace involved. Oh my it will be very silly...

I'm excited. :3

Now if only I can get someone to come with me to the metal shop to make the steel armature for it. :<

I has crazy hairs.

I'm a silly 22 year old student of the Maryland Institute College of Art where I'm a Fibers major, concentrating in costuming. I love making stuff. I also do a good bit of drawing and painting, and a little bit of sculpture.

Soon I'm hoping to be selling my wares in my etsy shop, so keep an eye out! I tend to be very much all talk and no action, though, so don't be offended if it takes me years to put anything up there...
